EU-OSPAR Joint Workshop: End-of-Life and Waste Fishing Gear Policy and Circularity

Claire Allanos, our colleague partner from South Brittany University leading the Waste Prevention and Recycling Work Package of the Free LitterAT project, recently participated as a panellist in the EU-OSPAR Joint Workshop that was held on the 20 and 21^st March. The workshop focused on sharing information about implementing measures to reduce marine litter from fishing gear, particularly emphasizing end-of-life and waste fishing gear policy while promoting circularity.

The EU-OSPAR Joint Workshop provided an excellent platform for introducing the Free LitterAT project to a relevant audience, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange within the field of marine litter reduction.
